Wesam is currently a Lecturer at the American University听of听Libya. He has over fifteen years of听industry experience in managing and implementing infrastructure projects as well as asset management. His research explores听opportunities in the areas of听asset management,听risk management, life cycle engineering, change management, and infrastructure resilience.听His wife, Aisha, and听kids (Alhasan, Fatima, Alhusain, and Atika) are his听source听of power and energy,听supporting him听during all the challenges they听face. In his free time, Wesam likes to discover new places around the world with his family and friends and plays soccer, basketball, and swims.
